Kim and I spoke with Anup yesterday. He said that he has term sheets for a 5 year deal from both JPM and Citi and will be making a decision as to who will lead shortly. Once he makes that decision he will share the terms with us for our consideration. He asked if a 5 year term limited our interest and we advised that we were still interested and wanted to look at the complete terms and pricing for the longer tenor. He did say that pricing was north of 200bps, which is important to us for the longer tenor. Both terms have NW, debt restriction and liquidity requirements. The appraisal should be completed in the next few days We expect to hear back from Anup next week.
