The appeal doc plus two addendums do most of what the witnesses might do and I could call one or two of the faculty involved who weren't really interviewed by OEI, to talk about the real atmosphere at origins and what really happened in our meetings (especially Manfred Laubichler) and then stress what I put at the beginning of the appeal document.
