As long of course as waiting that long does not preclude any action at that time. 10:52:10 pm Moreover I see nothing wrong with the other donors asking for an audit if they get dicked around. I appreciate the need for you to keep a low profile right now and I want to do everything I can to protect that. But the other donors should make a lot of noise. And right now the university should be terrified of any kind of legal proceeding. Certainly any financial improprieties would be disastrous. But more than that Every university in the country almost is being hit with lawsuits on the basis of their withholding rates and due process.
