Sir, it's Heil again...hopefully you have text! I actually know the passenger service
manager in Boston and I want to advise him but first wanted to make sure I have the
correct information. Is Bedford asking for APIS or are they the ones who are changing
the admission date for your friend, or both? Sorry to bother you but I think that this
may be the best person to help regarding the Bedford issue. I'm gonna reach out to
