Our guidance is to note/describe IN VERY GOOD DETAIL what we see and include Review MUST include: 1. what each item is, how large each item is, what's in it, etc. (5Ws). 2. when reviewing videos, note the length of the video, images of people, describe the image/who the image is of, and the time on the video the image is noted. 3. anything perceived to be pertinent.
