Case agent anticipates minimum of 10 additional victims that are coming from IC3 reports. Here is a link that talks about the scams: https://www.globalantiscam.ord Community Coordination: 7/27 - VS met with Suffolk County Commissioner of Fire, Rescue & Emergency Services to discuss coordination and next steps to have a table top exercise in Suffolk County focusing on victim assistance following a mass violence incident. He also connected VS to the Nassau Commissioner of Emergency Management. 8/1 VS had call with Director of Suffolk County National Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD) connected by the Suffolk County Commissioner. VS gave overview of FBI VSD and mass casualty response as this group has not worked with the FBI nor responded to criminal mass violence response. The Director and VS will be meeting again soon to discuss VS giving presentation to VOAD and emergency mental health responders. Training VS and PM are working on creating a flow chart for Agents that will enable them to understand the victim identification/ notification process to ensure more efficient and effective victim EFTA01651888 notifications.
