Once the hotline number is released on Monday, all of the incoming victims need to be tracked and documented. This was discussed on Friday and Saturday I will fill you in on. As of now, we need to monitor it from 6am to 9pm. I will be working the 6-2 shift and will likely stay later with the amount of work. You will be working from 1-9 (but you can start monitoring at 2). This ma by next week but as of now this is what is needed. If for any reason you are unable to cover it, offered to help ( but she is also working on trial prep).
