I pulled the account number is from the Experian report, attached for your review. I have attached the AMEX production cover letter which states their file number (CI-5VSL5). AMEX should be able to use their file number to provide us the refresh production. If you have any questions, please contact me. Do we have returns from that card currently, or is this an entirely new card request? No problem either way, but I wanted to check since you said the closing date of the last statement was 12/18/19 so that made me think we might have some returns from that account already.
