IUSANYS) (USANYS) (NY) (CON) (NY) (FBI) In my conversations the Bureau's asset forfeiture team and SAS I am assuming that sentencing will involve a substantial MI and incarceration. We've not yet been involved here in any pre-seizure discussions but it would be helpful to discuss with your team a strategy to collect some of these funds via substitute assets. We are aware of the NH property, UK property and some bank accounts. Would you or someone on your team be open to a call with the USMS and the Bureau next week to discuss? If it makes sense, we can add some folks from Alex Wilson's team but it may be a bit early.
