This is regarding a civil suit against the United States by two or three of Mr. Epstein's victims alleging their rights were violated when the government did not discuss ahead of time a Non-Prosecution Agreement agreed upon and signed by the USAO and Mr. Epstein. SA 3 d I were wondering if there are certain protocols and/or policies we need to follow to remove the "Brown and Whites" and associated "Red Wallets" from FBI space when providing them to the District Judge.
