SAalas been involved in tracing and we can discuss assets directly tied to the crime and others that can be part of an SAO to be applied against and anticipated MJ levied at sentencing. SA- has located a flat in the UK and other stateside assets for we we will likely need subpoenas on the banks to identify the amounts in the accounts currently. There is a residence in the UK and possibly other financial accounts where we would need an MLAT process commenced and ready as well. She is a citizen of a few other countries -have we located any offshore assets or Trusts in her name from the Maxwell family that survived her father's death? Just a few of the basic topics we can discuss. Not sure if there are complex assets, crypto or personal property but we need to discuss in any event. This is just a overview.
