I apologize to not get this to you until this morning but I was at a medical appointment yesterday afternoon and was not here to do so. The server advised that although the date reflects your testimony is 12/16/2021, your testimony is undetermined and will be communicated to you by the defense. Also attached is the Touhy compliance letter drafter by the defense as to the scope and relevance of your testimony. This letter was emailed to me yesterday and I was able to open it today on the low side. Please give me a call at your earliest convenience to discuss.
