A thorough search was conducted of the female visitor that yielded in the discovery of 3 bundles wrapped in black electrical tape. The 3 bundles contained smaller plastic bags that contained brown leafy substance, green leafy substance, pills, a cellular device, and rolling paper. The female visitor, identified a stated that she was instructed to give it to inmate KEITH OUTLAW. S On 8/16/2019, a search warrant issued by SDNY was executed at the residence of ocated at 2635 3rd Avenue Bronx, NY 10451 for a cellular telephone. SA_ long with TF xecuted the warrant and seized an Apple iPhone 7.
