The =oncern is that dock damage has/could result to P-dock by the L.S1 barge =ue to it being oversized and overweight for the dock design. As managers of P-dock, IGY/AYH are compelled =o follow the owners wishes, and so have reassigned the barge to D-dock =here it berths now. If LSJ were to secure the permission of the =-dock owner to return the barge to P-dock, AYH would be happy to make =he slip reassignment.
