I think "done" means he is confident it will close. I don't think he is confident we would. And he is afraid to mess more with TD and Kosoy. He is looking for $1.5M more. He desparately needs it and he will give a second on his house and adjacent lot in Phipps for $2M - the difference being interest for a year. It would be junior to $4.7 held by Northern. The property recently appraised for $11.5M. He says there are two guys circling and he thinks it will get done this week. On the other hand, he offered it. I guess we'll see.
