I spoke to Gary regarding purchase of his BBJ at $17.5 mentioning that we would buy both, and stressed to him, the BBJ market will hit a new low, once our I 7.5M purchase is public record, which will effect his sale. Gary understood and informs he will have the conversation with Mark Bloomer of Bloomer DeVer.,and will get back with me.. However, Gary thinks Mark Bloomer will brush off our low purchase price, to a "fluke low price sale", Gary believes if our $17.5M sale closes, it will have little effect on BBJ market„ Appears Gary is in denial.
