Should I buy these shares as myself, my LLC, or under another name or entity altogether (offshore company)? Brazilian tax laws are tricky when it comes foreign investment, was wondering if you had any thoughts/advise or perhaps could recommend a descent attorney who could help structure these 2 very different deals?
