Dr. Lighvani's office has told me both nasal sprays, QNasl and Flonase, are nasal steroids...some people
like QNasl better some people like Flonase better...there is even a generic for the Flonase,
Fluticasone....insurance will not cover the ()Nast because it is expensive...we could have Dr. Lighvani's
office call your insurance company and try to get prior authorization for the QNasl... but I am told many
times the insurance companies deny it because the Flonase is less expensive and covered.
I guess some people claim QNasl works better for them ...?
Do you want to try the Flonase and see if it works for you first?
