However, I want to point out that last October, Ben borrowed $1.5 MM from the APO1 Trust and that Leon will have to pick up that interest as income (interest is compounded annually, accrued and added to principal). Not sure if JEE remembers this "imputed" income and wants to clean up this note as well. Do either of you know? Shall I remind JEE (he was very involved in the loan so he should be aware)?
