Log Cabin Grading and Rock Retaining Wall Estimated Cost: $48,500 plus Taxes 4 men, 12 days, plus equipment rental Please note Westwind indicated they would prefer to do the work on a TM basis, plus equipment rental. Zorro would supply Rocks( approx 118) and Dirt ( 800 cy) 2 Planter Beds Main House Estimated cost: $59,000 plus taxes Multiple crews, 21 days. Includes, red brick pavers, irrigation, deer and rabbit proof plant material, no trees. Zorro would do rough grading After receiving the above, I have arranged for JJ to review both projects and provide estimates, I truly believe we can work something out with LI, thats is more cost effective Plan would be to have log cabin and 2 of the planter beds completed by your August visit.
