This was revised to $9M based on update that only $9M would be moved from DRB account to joint account. Previously, have had discussion with BW regarding estimated tax payments and timing between Jan 15 and Jan 24. The accounting group has been compiling the cash at US Trust where we have check writing ability. When the time come to fill out check, we can review payee/amount.
