I will start working on it. May we use Anthony again for the full renovations where necessary?? We have 5 guest apartments: 11B (one bedroom) Requires full renovation and new furniture 11P (studio) Needs new AC unit and area around it All doors and frames replaced New blind Some furniture items (sofa,rug,desk and coffee table) 11J (one bedroom) Some furniture items (new dining chairs, dresser, nightstands) 10B (one bedroom) Needs new AC unit and area around it All doors and frames need to be replaced. 8A (studio) Redone by Anthony Needs furnishing Karynas furniture is currently being stored inside. There are also other maintenance items which I will take care of with the building e.g. pressure cleaning balconies. I have spoken toMabout what she is responsible for and will be checking on her.
