Ms. George was not very helpful re the exam results as she said that she never heard of that request before and she thought that Karyna submitted the required clinical exam results. We tried to call Ms. Richardson but she was not in. She was the one who said that Karyna needs to call for information as she would not give out anything to third parties. I suggest that Karyna send Ms. George her birth certificate via email and call Ms. Richardson re clarification on the exam results.
