I have never used ghb (did not even know that it is used for sleep) but Ambien and Lunesta. The problem is that I got used to Ambien and Lunesta due to so many intercontinental trips. Although I stopped 10 days ago, I am still facing a lot of REM sleep rebound which makes dreams super intense. Hopefully in few days will be over. How are you?
