From: Mark Tollison To: Jeffrey Epstein <[email protected]> Cc: Richard Kahn Subject: An Area of the 9 E Gym Plaster Ceiling Has Fallen Sent: Tuesday, November 5, 2013 4:18:29 PM Sir, An area of about 10' by 10' has fallen in on the gym ceiling plaster on the 4th floor from what looks like a slow leak that has been building up over time, possibly from the drain area on the 5th floor in the mechanical room to the left coming off the elevator. Fifth floor mechanical valves have been shut off. No major breaches on the fifth floor mechanical room - no water flooding, and no discernible leaking on the 3rd floor master bedroom ceiling. RB has been cleaning up plaster and water in carpet, and will be assessing further to determine the actual cause.
