The owners floor lay out is very fu=ctional but the interior needs a lot of decorative work , has not been p=inted for many years. It is a unique property in that area which many new =uxury residential buildings have taken over. The structure is industrial s=urdy with steel support beams & columns . I will format all the pict=res i took of the property showing my findings in a report =as soon as possible. After the inspection of this property i feel =he owner is trying to make killing on the re sale of this property.
