There is a possibility to convert that into Foundation Medicine stake. Also he proposed that I get a part of an upside of these two inve=tments that are closed — Foundation Medicine and Research Gate. It is not clear how much I would get it as this was a verbal a=reement (The minimum they were proposing few months ago was 30%).
