I did tell Anthony the pri=e. I found the contractors on Angie's List where they have reviews from peo=le who have used
them on past projects, and one quote was from Tommy, Faith=Kate's guy.
Penn's quote is labor only, electric and plumbi=g and the basic construction materials needed for that.
I h=ve ordered the tiles, grout, toilet, sink fixture, shower head, handheld sh=wer and shower fixtures which we found
yesterday which will be delivered Tu=sday. Karyna found 2 vanity and sink options just now which she likes with a=good
lead time. So all that is left to find is the med cabinet and order sh=wer doors, towel rail and toilet paper holder.

I would like your approval to use Penn to do 8= bathroom. I have gotten quotes from 3 other

Penn has given me a quote of $12,500 to do the work with a 2 week estimate. H= can start the demo on

All of the bathrooms he has done for us in the past has had a very good resu=t, the building knows him,
his workers are already here, and his quote is a=most half of other contractors. Is it OK to proceed with using him?
