My father left a sizable trust 22 years ago for my brother and me. My mother was to live off the income and not touch the principle. My mother and brother were the co-executors of the trust. My mother went into the trust without my brother's consent and spent the principle. When I called my brother from the lawyer's office and asked if my father's trust was not larger at his death...his reply was.."Yes. Considerably. It was much larger. Mother did what ever she wanted and never consulted me. What difference does it make now?". Phillip Michaels is getting all my mother's tax returns for the last 22 years...(Since my father's death.). He is suing my brother for allowing my mother to "invade the trust". There is an estate left of approximately four to five million... I am hoping Michaels will sue for all of it. This is why I have always hated my mother and have nine ulcers. Once again, thank you for making me go to a lawyer. I can honestly say my brother does not have a mean bone in his body (or is a great actor) but is just about the biggest idiot I ever met. Speaking to Malika from The Rebecca Project Monday...
