That the media has mischaracterized the offenses, that after a thorough investigation, JE plead guilty to - there was no reference to bring a pedophile and the tabloids tales of "school girls&q=ot; is misleading - instead, the evidence showed a pattern of girls, many over 18, some under, exchanging massages for money and that th= girls under 18 were regularly told to assure JE that they were 18 t= even gain admittance to his house 2. Tha= he is a generous philanthropist and brilliant professional with loyal fri=nds and colleagues whose relationship with him has nothing to do with wome= 3. That our criminal justice system is based on finality and on encou=aging people who made mistakes to suffer a single punishment, and then to =ave a chance at a new life. JE has paid that price for his past. &nb=p;There is absolutely no allegation of any conduct after 2005, and most of it was long before. 4. They deal exclusively with conduct over 6 and often over 10 =ears old 5. That the articles appear to rely on informa=ion obtained by civil plaintiffs lawyers, some of whom continue to seek mo=etary advantages from a media campaign against JE. 6.
