Dear..
We've =een looking over the office's work schedule and, unfortunately, due =o Robert's upcoming absence
everyone's workload (especially =bram's!) is going to be so heavy that it will be impossible for =nyone to leave the office
this week. Please convey Robert's personal =pologies to Mr. Epstein about this; he feels terrible about an =nterruption
to any project. Moreover, Robert has never been out of the =ffice for longer than a week (excluding business trips) and
we're =oing our absolute best to make sure our clients are as happy as =ossible during his absence.
This =ntire month is going to be a difficult one with regards to scheduling, =o may I suggest that we have at least
one week's notice before =lanning visits? This way, we can do our very best to arrange our =rchitects' schedules
throughout the office to best suit Mr. Epstein. =o:p>
Would you also please ask Mr. Epstein about the =ills I've emailed him? I've sent him an invoice three weeks
ago, =nd also a few others last week, but have yet to receive a response. I'd=greatly appreciate hearing back soon from
either of you on this. Would =e prefer that I send invoices to someone else, perhaps Rich Kahn at =BRK Associates would
be appropriate?
Please =et me know.
Sincerely,
