should you or i write up some questions for the interview? (if you want me =o do this then i have the following
comments. upon writing that, i real=ze i have these comments no matter who writes the questions)....and i am n=t
implying the interview shouldn't also be organic and allow for spont=neity, but here you go:
* maybe ALL the interviews should have a similar kind of motif that isn=1293 totally just about the interviewees work.
science-y but less d=scriptive than usual. more about the impact of their work perhaps? o= what they would do with a
million dollars if they found it on the street?=(versus) what would they do with the money if it was publicly granted t=
them? basically, what will make these interviews different from ot=er interviews these people have done? how are
you thinking of injecting=your personality into the mix that will make these interviews biting, and =aybe slightly (smartly
and kindly) awry.
i am not even so sure it should be about money because that seems, well, ob=ious coming from you. thoughts? [she
types.... with little hope for =ny verbose response, but at least freed of the onus of not having triedj.<=r> *should we
give some questions to him on monday before tuesday's in=erview, just to ponder
so we can maximize our time,
efficiency, and th= resolution of his answers?
ps. if ever you want my opini=n about the SW project and Al, feel free to ask...i will always be honest=with you as long
as you understand my limited understanding and appreciate=what kind of understanding that takes to admit.
pps. someday maybe we will discuss intuition (sometimes i think y=u hear a lot more than most people, whereas i see
it►. actually, this =oncept - about intuition, be it social, intellectual, psychological....see=s very core to you and your
success. this may be a very interesting ent=y point to the interviews b/c you will be able to speak from a place of
in=imacy - and i bet the scientists will have very colorful and different per=pectives on their own intuition(s). some may
not even have a grasp of i=. this too, would proove good reading.
ppps. perhaps i don't know how to use postscripts. these =ould have all been in the body of the email. no. there is a
differen=e; i am a person out here - it feels safer in afterthought...
