Unless I hear from you, I will make a reservation under your name at The =eritage Hotel in Southbury, CT, 12 miles from Eastover Farm. (If you =ant to go high-end, try Mayflower Inn, Washington, CT. But the =dvantage of staying at the Heritage is the group will be there and will =ave breakfast together.) Room and Breakfast are covered. The hotel will ask for a credit card on =heck-in for incidentals. Please reconfirm with me by Friday of this =eek and let me know about late arrival. I suggest you check in and plan =rrive at Eastover Farm at 4pm. We'll have cocktails at 5:30pm and then =o to a restaurant (3 minutes away) for dinner at 6:30pm. On Saturday, check out of hotel after breakfast and come to the farm for =he day. For dinner we have a 6pm reservation at a nearby restaurant =hich is enroute to Cambridge or New York. Assuming we finish around =pm, you should be back in NYC by 10pm or Cambridge by 10:30pm.
