The general rule is that US citizens should apply i= the USA. If they apply in other countries, everything will
depend on the C=nsulate and how they will see it. There is definitely no guarantee you will=be able to get your visas
there.
Do you ne=d to travel to Russia on those dates you specified or it can be moved?
You have several options:
1. Do a multiple-entry and move your trip to Russia.
<=pan>2. Do a tourist visa for now and get your multiple-entry once you are b=ck from your first trip to Russia
for your future trips there.
3. Do a double-entry 3-month business visas.
