Moens has the Saul house at 101 El Mirasol listed at $15 but c=aims $12.5 will take it. It is a yellow Bermuda 5800 sf one-story on 115' =t the end of a cul- de-sac. It abuts 6 Via Los Incas. I've been through it =hree times and think it is a good buy. It is smallish but an existing 2nd =1 staff wing could easily be enlarged. It would be the cheapest direct oce=n and in nestled between a $20M (Healey) and a $30M (Asper). There is a lo= (Kubani) between it and Asper.
