By the way, the Asper house at 102 Canterbury Lane whi=h you looked at is under contract. The price is said to be over
$30. That =as 190' on the ocean by 320' and around 16,000sf. The contract goes firm o= Monday. Ned Monell had it
listed at $35. The old Wexner oceanfront at 6 V=a Los Incas is under contract at over $19 to Sean Healey of AMG. It was
li=ted at $21.9 (originally at $25+ in 2008). It has 125' on the ocean and ab=ut 9000 sf. Moens has the Saul house at 101
El Mirasol listed at $15 but c=aims $12.5 will take it. It is a yellow Bermuda 5800 sf one-story on 115' =t the end of a cul-
de-sac. It abuts 6 Via Los Incas. I've been through it =hree times and think it is a good buy. It is smallish but an existing
2nd =1 staff wing could easily be enlarged. It would be the cheapest direct oce=n and in nestled between a $20M
(Healey) and a $30M (Asper). There is a lo= (Kubani) between it and Asper.
If Asper closes, it breaks the 3+year old glass ceiling of $24M.
