From: James Henderson Sent: Thursday, April 28, 2011 1:58 PM To: Jeffrey Epstein Cc: Sarah Subject: RE: Telephone Call Dear Jeffrey It was good to talk to you earlier this week and as I said I completely understand your concerns and frustrations as does the Duchess. We discussed a number of ways of trying to rectify this situation including: - Public comment by the Duchess in forthcoming US TV interviews - A statement from her - A letter from her In reviewing these options there is a concern that any comment "live" and "on air" might generate more negative than positive for you, in terms of follow on questions, therefore a letter of clarification - as suggested by you - would be more appropriate. This could be done personally or through lawyers. To this end could you be kind and let me know the exact wording that you would like to see in a letter and I can then put this to the Duchess and hopefully we can resolve the matter soonest.
