while installing the #2 engine on the Boeing, a Mechanic had to r=move a panel that was not originally necessary during
this maintenance visit,. a= you see in the photo, a large area of dis-similar metal corrosion was uncovered= I will have a
firm quote to repair this area by tomorrow,. its not as bad as =t appears, just time consuming, Rough estimate is $20k,
mostly labor intensiv=, since parts will be custom made at metal shop,.
I will have firm completion date early next week, We had to install a re-condition Nose gear strut, due to constant
leak=ng of Nitrogen and hydraulic fluid, price for strut $22,000
