His detractors wer= no less determined, but he had the advantage that his good work played ou= publicly and belied the image his detractors tried to create. You are • or try to be• very private. There is no positive public image to =ontradict the negative. I think you have to move on doing what you do but I also thing you should b= seen doing positive (not necessarily philanthropic) things: quietly, seri=usly but not secretively. I also worry that you tend to your own healing. In the meantime PB real estate is very active. The 40 Blossom Way house is =nder contract, I think at $32+ for 190 feet. It was on the market for less=than a month. There was an offer for one (but not both) of the Kurtz Via V=zcaya lots, which the bank is resisting obviously wanting to sell both. Th= Malasky spec next door is under contract at $10+. I still like the possib=lities there. I have another idea I like a lot too.
