This is more of a log of daily events so to speak. Jan. 27.- Th=rsday - Pump # 5 that works the spa went down. Took Thunder (black q=arter horse) to the vet with colic concerns. =A0 Jan. 28 • Friday Up all night with sick horse. Took back to vet at 5 am= Jan. 29 - Saturday found that Main House water meter showed u=age of 13,000 gallons. Leak found outside dog pen Up all night with sic= horse. Died early am. buried. Feb. 1- Tuesday Pulled pump # 5 and booster pump at well 4(down). Fi=ed water leak outside dog pen. (photos taken) Feb. 2 - Wednesday Lodge water=froze (heat was set at 70 degrees), Underground water vault at Ranch Central froze at the meter and flooded =nside vault at Ranch Central up to control panel.(photos taken) =took pumps and motors in Feb. 3=- Thursday -26 degrees and high of -5. lost (2) legs of the three phase power that went to the Dakota well. Burned=blend motor up. Dakota well down. Electric company came out to restore =roken lines due to cold snap. Yellow Staff House at Ranch Central h=d a water line in south side wall freeze and burst. Flooded house with wat=r. Lodge water restored and all is well. Feb. 4 - Friday -23 degrees and=high of 10. Ranch Central booster pumps dried out and back on line. =eservoir out of water - filled with water truck.(possible water line =rom well 4 frozen and not filling) discovered water leak in 2nd mechanical room and vault closet in Main=House. Isolated line. changed out blend motor at the Dakota well a=d got it back up and running. Frost free water spicket in Stables froze= Turned heat on to defrost. Kings Butane were called to come fill all propane tanks to 60% or better. l=mediate response. Main House boiler tripped. Set to run in manual mode.= checked every 2 hours all night. and found the Bullhea= water valves were frozen and busted.(photos taken) I Sands worked at yellow house and m=in house to pull water up from wet carpet. Feb. 5 - Saturday Main Ho=se boiler would not respond to manual operation. Program issues.Called ECI= Main House irrigation meter blew out gasket and sprayed water and flooded d=wnstairs in the mechanical building.(photos taken) Water damage to cont=ol board that operates the HVAC system to the Main House. ECI tried to res=ore with no response from circuit board. They will order new board. ECI helped and reset the boiler and got it working correctly. Feb. 6 - Sunday Maint=ined the ranch. No further issues. Pat with ECI called to check on the boiler. Feb. 7 - Monday EFTA_R1_00136907 EFTA01798749 made=connection at Bullhead water valves.(photos taken) purchased $270= worth of parts to fix and maintain said leaks and be prepared for more. Feb. 8 - Tuesday introduced water back up to Bullhead water valves =fter repairing. and replaced pump #5 back into pool mechani=al room. Feb.9 - Wednesday Expecting 6-8 inches of new snow and temp= around zero. Will dedicate the day to finding the leak at the Main House on the non-r/o =old water supply that feeds the pool. Please be reassured=that all issues due to this cold snap are being addressed or have already=AO been resolved. We are monitoring all locations closely and are staying =n top of it all.
