Just talked with Trent. Trent thinks th= bank found all the Hardman Development account records. I will go t= his office
and check to be sure. I am confident the records, if com=lete, will show Mike stole a lot of money. Unfortunately, the
bank n=w has filed for summary judgment--wants the judge to simply find we owe th= $ and issue a judgment. I want to
slow things down and can do a few=things: 1), file to disqualify the newly assigned judge to delay, 2)= go to PBSO
because Mike stole money from the bank & Hardman Developme=t, and then assert the Bank was complicit. This will
slow down the f=reclosure hearing. Any thoughts?
