I think I can sell them on the below terms which I hope will suit your purposes and ours. i think if we can agree, we can execute asap and get a wire out next week. 1. 2 Year term @ $300,000 in overhead per year. 2. 3. RC to receive 7.5% ownership in projects commenced during the two year term, and 2% ownership of those BJ projects that are already set up. 4. 5.
