Placing N624= on the Jet Aviation Flight Services Part 135 Certificate has been trying =or us all. As we have previously discussed, sequestration in October played a significant role in the initi=l delay. Reassignment of personnel within our Flight Standards District Of=ice has continued to complicate the situation. Our immediate concern is th=t we are familiar with other regional FAA offices that are not posing the same inconveniences that we are experi=ncing here with the Teterboro office. Please be confident that our senior =anagement is diligently working with not only the Teterboro office but hav= escalated our concerns and the impact to our business and valued customers to the Eastern Region who over=ees all the local offices here in the East. We are attempting to establish=a sense of urgency and depart from the typical government bureaucratic res=onse and solution. We certainly wish this experience was more streamlined and less frustrating for you and=we understand your position. With the Holiday fast approaching we do not s=e a magic fix in the near term and we hope to have this resolved in early =anuary, 2014.
