Found AC-2 =amp; AC -3 main chilled water control valve not controlling chilled wate= discharge fan set points properly .Set points dropping below set =0 deg setting. I will contact Siemens if problem continues to tighten up c=ntrol loop. 2) picked up tools and hardware went over to 301 East 66 st 3m=to install over head light fixture had to go to Gracious Home to get addit=onal electrical connectors to complete installation. removed naile= wood shelf in closet 3) Returned to 9east 71st worked on =mall steam leak on high pressure condensate line steam reduction repaired =eak.4) Checked cooling tower sump water drained sediment from bottom of su=p added biocide tablets to chemical feeder system 5) answered e mails on Z=rro Exhaust system installation, scaffold proposals, 6) made b=ilding check of 9 east from 6th fl to SC-level made light bulb list of all=bulbs needed in stock room replacement list to put order in supply house f=r 5/14. 7) contacted Electrican for entrance picture light installation wi=l meet Ostroff electrical Wednesday 5/15 9;30 am to review installation =) called Andy McCraffery for fire alarm system proposal left voice=mail to contact me. 9) checked cooling tower #2 motor contactor tr=pping out re set CT # 2 new tower mcp will replace this pr=blem. 10 ) contacted Ion to see when he is coming back to 71st he discusse= Michael coming from Romania to possibly build a wood scaffold? 11= drop off package to 301 forM to take to island as pe, reque=t. 12)typed up daily report. 1 EFTA_R1_00153135 EFTA01805923
