I would like to talk to you about the following items:
a) Jen's Salary — when should it end? she is currently the only employee on Florida science payroll —
will it stay that way or will we be adding someone else? will there be severance or is severance her
school? how should we handle her apt?
b) Gensler — I saw your email telling Gary and myself to decide — Gary called this morning
recommending payment in the full amount of $105,500 — is this ok to pay?
c) Maguire — Gary wants to review the second phase of work on the mechanical building with
Maguire in addition to the reverse osmosis water making wing of the building which will include design
revisions, etc. Does Gary have your permission to meet with Maguire? Jeff from Maguire wants to
know if he should be taking his orders from Gary or Doug? Please advise.
d) Tax Returns — Darren and I have both reviewed the following tax returns due 9/15/09 prepared by
George: Plan D, Hyperion, JEGE, Zorro Development & Nine East 71" Street. Would you like to
review them before I send them out? If so should I fed ex copies or scan and email. Please advise.
e) State of Florida Unclaimed Funds — it appears that there is approximately 5200 from Sears
Holding & CBS — should I pursue this or pass?
I) Request for funding of your personal JPM account with $1,000,000 from FTC — we last funded
$1,000,000 on 8.6-09. I have attached spending for your review. Do I have approval to fund
$1,000,000?
g) Outstanding invoices:
a. Hasan Khan — outstanding July invoice is 13,370? We have paid him $49,618 to
date from 1/12/09 thru 8/6/09.
b. Worth Builders — outstanding July & August invoices totaling $8,597.85. the
majority of this work represents painting of new interior hallway doors and exterior
(1,700) and carpenters who installed fence and doors (5,279). Doug has reviewed and
recommends payment.

c. Ossa Properties - regarding
apt renovation — total expenses were
338,379.83 — we paid 100,000 on 8/15/07 & 6/5/08 and 69,189.92 on 12/18/08.
Total payments were 269,189.92. outstanding balance is 69,189.91
d. Education — Dave Rodgers Education in the amount of $9,420
h) MC2 — total outstanding balance on line of credit is $854,598 which reflects one payment made in
the amount of $50,000. I still have not received any of information I requested over 3 weeks ago.
Please advise on how I should proceed.
i)
Paul Prosperi $35,000 loan — expires tomorrow 9/1/09 — how should I handle this?
j)
Pinto — has repaid us to date for mural decoration 114,500 euros, decorative wall paneling 60,000
euros and marble furniture 59,177 euros. We have not been paid yet on the belts for decoration:
40,000 euro
k) JPM — per agreement we were to receive services for 250k — is there anything I need to do with
this?
I)
George Delson organization — as we discussed in February I am uncomfortable with Skip's
preparation of tax returns and the numerous errors / corrections that are continuously made.
m) Gary & Steve pay package — my understanding is as follows:
a. Gary Salary / Fica / Medical = 25,063.78 per month or 300,765.36 annualized —
is there a term for this monthly package? Should I seek your approval each month for
payment?
b. Gary expenses to be reimbursed for travel, lodging and meals — are their guidelines
for the meals (daily limit of ?) as I feel some of them are a bit pricey. Dinners alone
have averaged S72, $75, $75 and $90 per person
c.
Stephen Salary / Fica / Medical = 18,301.42 per month or 219,617.04 annualized
— is term four months?
