While we are doing the physical work on the improvements Gensler will make all the changes and finish the construction drawings for the main house. Doug is going to L.A.and meet with Gensler the week after Thanksgiving to get the permit set produced as soon as possible. CZM: Stephen is preparing the plans for the submittal, pool plans are in the hands of the engineer . 1. if the CZM has issue, as I'm expecting, with the temporary kite house are you prepared to commit to a permanent permitted structure there? if maybe, we can have Stephen prepare a backup plan. TRAILS/WALLS:temp on hold all wall people are at office site, and we are going round and round with Porto rico on the color for the concrete paving.
