As you know, Scott is in Florida and the person at Windmill who must sign is elsewhere, so we are trying to pull the horses together to get it signed and to get the wire sent to your client in London today. Neither of us knows whether banks arc open in London today, and they may not be open on Monday, either. In any event, once we swap signature pages to the Endorsement Agreement, we shall each hold those pages in escrow pending your client's confirmation to you (and you to us) that she has received the US$100,000 advance by wire.
