Warwick (my project manager) has been working with Doug on the final proposal, as well as retainer invoices we need (for us and our consultants) to begin coordination. Structural, MEP, lighting, A/V, pool and landscape consultants are ready to start. Please let me know if you need any other information regarding the Design Development retainers. (note: helipad garage, dock house, and pathway between main house & office will be a separate Schematic Design set, which will ultimately be added to the DD set) We're looking forward to getting our consultants together and progressing the design! We are so glad you and Mr. Epstein are happy with the design and the progress of the work at Little St James! I forwarded the proposal and a cover note to Bob, and he is going to send that on to Mr. Epstein. As we discussed, we really need to keep the team moving forward. I would like to kick off the DD phase for us next week, and get the consultants moving forward with their work. We need to get MEP and Structure, along the others. At this point, we have used up our entire SD fee, so to get the next phase moving, we need the next retainers. For Architecture, the next retainer is $50,000 (DD retainer). For the consultants, the retainer is $33,875 (50% of their SD fee). These are each outlined in the proposal (attached for reference). Please let me know when I can expect a transfer. Also, as a reminder, please advise on the status of the reimbursables invoice from December (also attached). Thanks!
