Please note their administrative duties have been cut back to the bare minimum, basically payroll and invoice review and approval. Daphne and the LSJ Supervisors have taken on most of this responsibility, which seems to be working at this stage. The Royston's feel that someone else should be performing these tasks. Payroll administration and invoice review/approval are the fundamental requirements of any manager, this was explained to them when they applied for the position. Reflecting back upon the Bill Rowles situation and not wishing to make the same mistake twice.
