Subject: Dock ladder

The Dock ladder that was ordered matches the spec of the orginal Swing Down Dock Ladder,
except it is 7 step with 4" step width.
swimming pool ladders do not meet the spec of the orginal ladder.
I asked carlos to research this he was familar with the orginal ladder purchase.
At the time Emad was traveling back to STT after been away for thanksgiving.
If you wish we will try and cancel the order.
