Mc Cann is his broker. It totals 370 oceanfront feet. I hear Northern Trust is going to force a sale of CasaAlva (Bill Benjamin's Fatio built for Consuelo Vanderbilt) on Pt Manapan that you looked at over a year ago is reduced ... now $11.7 (was $18.9).
